Participants need to be signed up for an audition slot through the CYT website. Simply log in to your family account and click on the button that says "Tools" next to your name. Rate your dance ability.

Rate your dance ability. Proficient - has danced for 5+ years in a studio and/or private lesson setting. Comfortable with multiple styles of dance. Can pick up choreography quickly. Intermediate - has (or has has had) dance training. Knows basic dance terminology. Needs time to get choreography down. Beginner - knows very little dance terminology. Has little dance training/experience outside of shows. Relies on videos to learn choreo taught in rehearsal. None - has no dance training.
Do you have any special dance skills/tricks? This includes splits, cartwheels, aerials, other gymnastic movement, dance leaps, etc.
Please read and sign:
- I understand that not all individuals auditioning for this production will be cast.

- I understand that additional conflicts may not be accepted and that tech week/performance conflicts are not allowed.

- In order to ensure the quality of rehearsals and the performance itself, I understand that more than one unexcused absences from rehearsals may result in dismissal from the show.

- I understand that if cast in this production, I will be expected to follow the Christian Community Theater (CCT) Code of Conduct and Behavior Expectations as is outlined on the CCT Page of the CYT website.

- I understand that if I am cast in this CCT production, I will be assigned to a pre-show/production crew.

- I understand that I will need to complete and pass a background check.

- I understand that CCT is a community theater company, and each cast member is responsible for personal items (i.e., shoes, tights, makeup, etc.).

- I understand that if cast in this show, I will be responsible for selling 10 tickets through a personal box office link.

- I know that CCT does not carry Workers’ Compensation for cast members; I accept responsibility for my own medical expenses in the event of an accident or injury.

- I authorize and consent that CCT shall have the absolute right to publish, use, sell, or assign any and all photographs/video/audio recordings taken of me or my family member as a participant in this production.

- I understand that if cast in this production, a production fee of $50 will be assessed.

- If a minor, I understand that the parent/guardian of the minor will need to complete a background check and will be asked to serve a minimum of 20 hours to help bring the production to the stage.
